Job Description:

Should handle statutory audit assignments & execute external/ statutory audit engagements of various clients in line with Auditing & Accounting standards as per firm's methodology

Manage assignments individually / in teams. Develop junior staff through effective delegation / allocation of work.

Proactively identify accounting & auditing issues/client needs, provide solutions and discuss with seniors to resolve issues.

Research on accounting & auditing issues (GAAP matters in IFRS) and present alternate solutions to the Seniors for further discussion & conclusions.

Be able to prioritize own and team members tasks / assignment deadlines to deliver to engagement plans

Deliver quality service that meets clients / firm's requirements

Experience:

3 - 5 years of relevant experience

Ideal Profile:

Qualified CA with less than 3 attempts in CA Final.

Must have strong knowledge of auditing and accounting standards and be abreast with current trends in markets.

Should be a team player with a proactive and result oriented approach. Be a role model to junior team members.

Ability to prioritize, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity.

Should have Good presentation & communication skills. Should also be well versed with MS office tools.

Should be open and honest in communication with clients and colleagues.
